What to put in the first message
Five facts get you a full quote in one reply instead of three. Write them in any order.
- The date you want to start, or a range of dates if you are flexible. Open trips start on Mondays and Fridays.
- How many guests, and the ages of any children. Under 3, a child pays nothing.
- Open trip or private charter. For the open trip, the cabin by city name, or Gresik if you want a bunk. For a charter, the length: one day up to five days.
- Your flight in and out, if booked. We check the pickup and the last-day timing against them.
- Anything beyond the fare: a HiAce for the pickup, a beach or seafood dinner, a birthday, a photographer.
You do not need to know the price before you write. The quote gives it, line by line: fare, extras, and the park fees you will pay on top. If you are comparing boats, say so, and we tell you plainly where this one does not fit.
Your reply, in three parts
First comes a line confirming that the date is open and the cabin or the boat is free, or telling you what is free instead. We also tell you exactly which bunks and cabins are free on it.
Second, a written quote. It names the boat, King Cirox 2, and the cabin or band, so you can match it to this site. Nothing appears on the invoice later that is not on the quote now.
Third, when you are ready, a payment link or bank details for the 50 per cent deposit. The cabin or boat is held when the deposit lands, not before.
From then on the same thread carries the rest: the balance reminder 30 days before departure, the request for passport details a week out, hotel suggestions if you need a room, and the pickup time the day before you sail.
If a quote names a different boat, or a payee other than our company, stop and ask us before you pay.
