King Cirox 2 Phinisi
Komodo large group phinisi: 23 berths, 6 cabins and the per-head sum
Updated 11 October 2026
A group of up to 23 takes all of King Cirox 2 Phinisi. The 3D2N whole-boat price is IDR 57,000,000 (≈ USD 3,497) for 11 to 15 guests, then IDR 2,250,000 (≈ USD 138) for each extra guest, which comes to IDR 3,800,000 (≈ USD 233) each at fifteen and IDR 3,260,000 (≈ USD 200) each at 23. Five cabins have private bathrooms; Gresik's four bunks share one.
The berth tally
Go door by door and you reach 23 berths. Malang takes four, Surabaya three, Gresik five, Kediri four, Jember three and Madiun four. Those maxima rely on extra beds in all six cabins; in Gresik it is one extra bed beside the four bunks.
Most group bookings turn on two numbers in that tally. The first is the bathroom count: five private, one shared, and the shared one belongs to Gresik. The second is the extra beds: two people share each double, and the third and fourth guests in Malang, Kediri or Madiun sleep on extra beds.
So a group of ten sleeps as five pairs in five private cabins, and Gresik stays empty. Fourteen fills Gresik as well. From fifteen the extra beds come out, and at 23 every bed on the plan is used. Count your group by who will share a room with whom, not by headcount alone, and set that list beside the bed plan below.
| Cabin | Rooms | Beds | Sleeps | with extra bed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Malang — Master Balcony | 1 | 1 double + extra bed option (up to 4 guests) | 2 | 4 |
| Surabaya — Private Cabin | 1 | 1 double + extra bed option (up to 3 guests) | 2 | 3 |
| Gresik — Share Cabin (4 bunks) | 1 | 4 single bunks (2 double-deckers) + extra bed option (up to 5 guests) | 4 | 5 |
| Kediri — Private Cabin | 1 | 1 double + extra bed option (up to 4 guests) | 2 | 4 |
| Jember — Private Cabin | 1 | 1 double + extra bed option (up to 3 guests) | 2 | 3 |
| Madiun — Master Balcony with bathtub | 1 | 1 double + extra bed option (up to 4 guests) | 2 | 4 |
| Berths in total | 6 | 14 | 23 |
What each head pays
Whole-boat prices come in three bands and then by the head. For 3D2N: IDR 47,500,000 (≈ USD 2,914) for up to five, IDR 51,000,000 (≈ USD 3,129) for six to ten, IDR 57,000,000 (≈ USD 3,497) for eleven to fifteen, and IDR 2,250,000 (≈ USD 138) for every guest above fifteen.
The division is where a group saves. Ten friends pay IDR 5,100,000 (≈ USD 313) each. Fifteen pay IDR 3,800,000 (≈ USD 233). At a full 23, each head pays IDR 3,260,000 (≈ USD 200). Compare those with the open-trip fare for a private double, IDR 4,300,000 (≈ USD 264) per person, and the crossover is plain to see.
For a shorter trip the same bands apply to 2D1N: IDR 44,000,000 (≈ USD 2,699) for eleven to fifteen, IDR 2,930,000 (≈ USD 180) each at fifteen. Park entry is outside every figure: IDR 250,000 a day for each foreign visitor. So are the guide and the photo and video crew on a charter, which we add on request at a separate price. Put those in the sum now, not at the harbour. Read your group size off the table below.

Evenings for a crowd
The dining room is laid for 16 in the photos: one black glass-top table, eight places a side, a built-in bench along the wall and leaf-shaped dishes down the middle. Food is served on the table, not as a buffet. A chef cooks on board; drinking water, tea and coffee cost nothing extra all trip.
After dinner a group has three places to go. The roof deck has bean bags on artificial grass and a low table. The bow nets hang over the water on both sides of the bow. And the karaoke and sound system are listed in both of the boat's booklets, so somebody in your group will sing.
Starlink Wi-Fi is printed in the booklet too. Twenty phones on one satellite link share whatever speed the sky gives, and we promise none. For a group above 16, dinner needs a seating plan; we confirm it with the crew when we quote. Tell us the size of the group and the occasion, and we reply with the plan.
One booking, many payers
A group books as one charter. 50 per cent of the total holds the boat, and the balance follows 30 days before departure. Collecting shares from friends is easier against those two dates than against a vague total, so set them in your group chat on the day you book.
Payment can arrive by bank transfer in rupiah, a card payment link, Wise, Revolut, QRIS, Alipay or PayPal; PayPal adds 7.2 per cent. Changes and cancellations follow our policy, with refunds of 50 per cent or 25 per cent depending on how far out you cancel.
If your group is small, say four to eight, check the open trip first. Four friends can take all of Gresik at IDR 3,350,000 (≈ USD 206) a bunk, or two doubles at IDR 4,300,000 (≈ USD 264) each. That costs less than any whole-boat band, and you meet the rest of the boat at dinner. Compare both totals with the inclusions table below before anyone pays.

FAQ
What is the largest group the boat can take?
23 guests, using every bed and extra bed on board. The price bands stop at fifteen, and each guest above that adds IDR 2,250,000 (≈ USD 138) on a 3D2N.
Does everyone in a large group get a private bathroom?
Not always. Five cabins have private bathrooms, and at two to a cabin they sleep ten; a larger group either adds extra beds to those cabins or uses the four Gresik bunks, which share the sixth. A group of ten can avoid Gresik entirely.
Can eight friends book the open trip instead of the whole boat?
Yes, if the beds are free on your date. Four of you in Gresik pay IDR 3,350,000 (≈ USD 206) each, and two couples in Kediri and Jember pay IDR 4,300,000 (≈ USD 264) each. The rest of the boat goes to other travellers. Send us the date and we tell you how many beds are left.
Are drinks included for the group?
Mineral water, tea and coffee are free-flow on every trip, and the open trip adds soft drinks and snacks. Nothing else is listed in the fare, so any other drinks are your own arrangement. Tell us what the group plans to bring when you book, and we confirm with the crew what can be kept cold. The photos show a glass-door fridge in the dining room; its size is not printed.
Is the karaoke loud enough for a party?
It is a karaoke set with a sound system, listed in both booklets. Volume is not a printed figure.
