Services on King Cirox 2: pickup, a van upgrade, meetings and dinners

The free part first. On day one of an open trip, between 10:00 and 11:00, your group rides to the harbour in a shared car or minibus, collected from the hotel or from LBJ. Your exact slot arrives from the guide the evening before; charter guests fix their own time at booking.

Travelling as a group of eight with luggage and a pram? A shared car stops making sense. Upgrade to a Toyota HiAce, twelve seats and nobody else's luggage, or to a coach for a company or a wedding party. You tell us the headcount, the hotel and the flight; the quote comes back in writing within hours and states the vehicle, the time and the price.

The return works the same way. The 3D2N is back between 10:00 and 11:00 on the last day, and the vehicle you chose takes you on to the airport or the hotel, in time for a flight after 14:00.

The dining room on the main deck seats a working group without anyone moving furniture. Its black glass-top table is laid for sixteen, eight a side, with a built-in bench along one wall, window openings to the sea, wall sockets, a water dispenser and a glass-door fridge. Between meals it doubles as a boardroom.

The boat has Starlink, listed in its booklets, but a connection is not a guarantee of bandwidth. Treat a video call as a bonus and bring the agenda on paper; a slide deck on a laptop and a printed handout are the reliable format.

A corporate trip takes the whole boat, priced by guest band rather than per head: a 3D2N for 11 to 15 guests is IDR 57,000,000 (≈ USD 3,497), with IDR 2,250,000 (≈ USD 138) for each guest above 15, up to 23. The evening has karaoke and a sound system, both in the boat's booklet. Guide and photographer sit outside every charter fare and are priced on request; say if the company wants a group photograph from the drone.

A family reunion on King Cirox 2 means the whole boat and 6 doors to share out. Grandparents take Malang, with its own roofed balcony and two grey bean bags; a couple who want the wooden bathtub take Madiun; the cousins split Gresik's four bunks. Children under 3 travel free.

The family gathers in two places. The roof deck has artificial turf, bean bags in orange, purple, blue, green and grey, and a low wooden table: the spot for cake at sunset. The bow nets hang over the water either side of the bow, the place to lie above the water while the boat is at anchor. Both are reached by stairs, and the nets are open water underneath, so small children go there with an adult's hand on them.

For a birthday, we arrange cabin or deck decoration on request, with the cake and the moment agreed with the chef in advance. Send the date, the ages and the occasion, and the plan comes back in writing.

All meals are in every fare, served at the dining table. These four are extras, each on request:

• Seafood dinner: cooked by the boat's chef and served at the dining table or ashore.
• Dinner on an island: the group goes ashore by tender for a dinner set up on the sand, on an island chosen with the captain to suit the route and the tide.
• Private island dinner: the same, for two, with nobody else at the table.
• A dinner with a request: a diet to cater for, a birthday cake, a ring in a pocket, planned with the chef and the crew before you board.

None of these is priced on the page, because the price moves with the headcount, the island and the season. Each comes back as a written quote within hours, with what is served, where, what it costs, and the plan if the weather rules out the beach that night.
